Made these. They are delicious and relatively easy to make. Baked and ate a few last night to taste them fresh from the oven. Put some on fridge and reheated this morning to check on the taste after refridgeration. Will bake off the rest I put in the freezer later. It’s called recipe testing people, geez.
Results: good everyway you make and eat them. Insanely good.
Notes: I cut with a round cutter as I prefer round scones, nver got that whole pie shaped scone thing, non traditionalist I guess. Also with the round shape you get more scones makes about 12 smaller round scones.
